Arizona Kratom Co – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Arizona Kratom Co. This policy outlines details regarding the shipment of your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.  
  • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Carrier and Method

  • We ship orders exclusively via UPS with Adult Signature Required (21+) delivery confirmation.
  • An adult aged 21 years or older, with valid government-issued photo identification, MUST be present at the delivery address to sign for and accept the package. UPS will not leave packages unattended or with minors.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Costs are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order according to UPS rates.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Age Requirement: Due to the nature of our products and the Adult Signature requirement, you must be 21 years or older to place an order and receive a shipment.
  • PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid physical street address for delivery.
  • Geographic Restrictions (Prohibited Locations): We comply strictly with laws and regulations regarding Kratom sales. We DO NOT ship to the following states, cities, or counties where Kratom is currently banned:
    • States: ALABAMA, ARKANSAS, INDIANA, MISSISSIPPI, RHODE ISLAND, TENNESSEE, VERMONT, WISCONSIN.
    • Counties: SARASOTA COUNTY (FL), MALHEUR COUNTY (OR).
    • Cities: DENVER (CO), SAN DIEGO (CA), CITY OF OCEANSIDE (CA), JERSEYVILLE (IL), ALTON (IL).
    • (Note: This list is based on information current as of the policy update date. Laws can change rapidly. It is your responsibility to ensure shipping to your location is legal. Orders placed with shipping addresses in these restricted areas will be canceled and refunded.)
  • International Shipping: We do not ship outside the United States.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Once shipped, delivery times are estimated by UPS based on the destination and service selected. Standard delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days but are not guaranteed.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Order Tracking

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a UPS tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment on the UPS website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

7. Shipping Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: UPS will typically make attempts to deliver the package requiring an adult signature. If they are unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. Reshipment will incur additional shipping charges.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@arizonakratomco.com with your order number and details/photos of the issue. We will work with UPS to resolve the situation, which may involve initiating a claim.

8. Policy Updates

  • Arizona Kratom Co reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
