Local Delivery Policy

Delivery Area: We offer local delivery within a 20-mile radius of our store, 1121 S Higley Rd #104, Mesa AZ 85206.

Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made during regular business hours, 10 am – 8 pm Monday – Sunday.

Delivery Scheduling:

• After your online order is placed and processed, we will contact you to confirm a delivery time slot.
• We will try accommodating your preferred delivery time, but availability may vary.

Age Verification and Acceptance:

• The person whose credit or debit card was used for the purchase must be at the delivery address to accept the order.
• The cardholder must be over 21 and provide valid government-issued photo identification to verify their age and identity.
• Our delivery drivers are required to verify the ID of every recipient, regardless of perceived age. The name on the ID must match the name on the order.

Delivery Process:

• Our delivery drivers do not carry cash.
• For the safety of our drivers, all deliveries are recorded using body cameras.
• You will receive a notification when your delivery is en route.
• Our drivers will attempt to deliver to the designated address. If no one is available to accept the delivery or age verification cannot be completed, the order will be returned to our store.
• Returned orders will be subject to a restocking fee, and redelivery may require an additional delivery charge.

Delivery Fees:

• A delivery fee of $7.50 will be applied to all local delivery orders.
• Orders over $75 will receive free delivery.

Delivery Restrictions:

• We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any location or individual.
• Delivery of alcohol and tobacco products requires a person of legal drinking and smoking age (21+) to be present at the delivery address.
• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone deliveries due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and accessible.
• Be prepared to present valid government-issued photo identification.
• Ensure that someone over 21 can accept the delivery during the scheduled time slot.
• Please keep phone lines open and available during the delivery window.
