• In-Store Pickup: Orders placed for in-store pickup must be collected within 24 hours. You must present valid identification verifying legal age and the order confirmation.
• Delivery: Delivery may be available within a specified radius. Delivery fees and minimum order requirements may apply.
• Delivery Restrictions: We may not deliver to specific locations where products are prohibited. Delivery requires a person of legal age (with valid ID) to be present at the address to accept the order.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds may be limited. Please check product descriptions or contact us for specifics.
• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 4 hours of receipt with photos and details.
